Once the error displays, the uninstall process will stop and you will be unable to complete it.
You can work around the problem by following one if the following methods.

If the Ieeula.chm file in the %windir%\IE7 is missing or corrupt, replace it with a new file from the %windir%\help folder.
Note : By default %windir% is C:\Windows.
- Open Start menu, select Run, type %windir%\help in the Open box and then select the OK button.
- In the help window, locate and right-click on the Ieeula.chm file and then select the Copy command.
- Close the Windows Explorer window and then as Start > Run type %windir\IE7 and then select OK.
- Right-click on the right pane of the IE7 folder and then select the Paste command.
Method 2: Perform System Restore to return your Windows XP system to last known working state.
System Restore is a utility included in Windows XP that monitors changes to your system configuration and application files and automatically creates restore points. Using these restore points you can easily revert your system to a previous working state without effecting your data files, such as Word documents, emails, and Internet favorites and history.
To perform System Restore, follow the steps listed below:
- Log on to your system with a user account that has administrative rights to your system.
- Open Start menu, point to the All Programs command, point to Accessories, point to System Tool, and then select the System Restore command.
- On the Welcome to System Restore page of the System Restore dialog box, select the Restore my computer to an earlier time option—if it is not already selected by default and then select the Next button.
- Next, on the Select a Restore Point page, select the latest system checkpoint displayed in the On this list, click a restore point list, and then select the Next button.
- On the System Restore message that is displayed, review the changes that the utility will perform and then select the OK button.
- Finally, on the Confirm Restore Point Selection page, select the Next button to start the system restore process.
- After system restore is complete, your system will restart, log on the computer using user account with administrative rights to your system and then select the OK button on the Restoration Complete page that is displayed.
