Installation Error

The wizard was interrupted before Windows Defender could be completely installed.

Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again.

Cause of the Error

This error message is displayed because certain required Microsoft Windows graphics device interface (GDI+) binaries are not installed on your Windows 2000 computer by default.

GDI+ enables applications on a Windows computer to use formatted text and graphics of video display and printer. This interface is important because instead of directly accessing the graphics hardware, Windows-based applications use GDI+ to talk to the device drivers.
